What to include

Google Chat app support

For help installing, authorizing, configuring, or removing the Atoll Google Chat app, email support@atollhq.com with your Google Workspace domain, the Chat space name if relevant, and the action you were trying to complete.

Account and workspace access

Include the email address on your Atoll account, your organization or workspace name, and whether the issue affects login, invitations, API keys, or team membership.

Billing and procurement

Send billing questions to support@atollhq.com. Enterprise security reviews, DPAs, and procurement requests can be routed from the same inbox.

Privacy and data requests

Privacy requests, data export requests, and deletion requests should include the account email and the organization you are asking about so we can verify authority before making changes.

Response

Expected response time

We aim to respond to support requests within two business days. Security reports are acknowledged within 48 hours and triaged as described on the Security page.

Atoll is an early-stage product. If something blocks your team, tell us what you were trying to ship, which workspace or integration was involved, and the exact error or unexpected behavior you saw.
