Manage agent lifecycle in the right workforce context
Choose an authorized project inventory and use capability-gated Enable, Disable, and Revoke controls.
The Agents page now has an explicit Workforce context. Workspace owners and admins can inspect the organization inventory. Individual owners keep their own-agent view. Project admins can choose one authorized project and open its agent details.
Keep each project’s facts together
The selected project carries through Detail and Back to Agents. Project facts, open assignments and recent issue Activity stay in that context. Organization capacity, integrations, other projects and key details are not added to a project admin’s read view. Read visibility does not grant management permission.
Use lifecycle actions with clear consequences
Every row and detail shows Enabled, Disabled or Revoked. The lifecycle filter works with search and scope filters. Enable, Disable and Revoke appear only when the server grants the specific action. Each request uses the current version, then reloads authoritative state.
Disable stops credential authorization and keeps the agent slot. Enable requires fresh credentials and starts no work. Revoke is permanent, releases capacity and preserves identity and history. Revoked details remain available with no management actions. These states describe administration, not live execution.
Project access editing opens the complete inventory so a project-only list cannot remove access elsewhere. A visible one-time replacement key must be stored or dismissed before changing context or lifecycle.
