Strategy goal pages and a one-step setup wizard
Goals open on a page with KPIs, history, initiatives, and linked issues, and a wizard sets up a goal, KPI, and initiative together.
Strategy goals now open on a page that reads like a task: a document column for the goal itself and a property sidebar you can edit in place. A new setup wizard creates a goal, its first KPI, and its first initiative in one step.
Goal detail
The goal page shows its description, KPIs with value, target, and as-of date (flagged Stale, Off target, or No target), a snapshot history table and line chart, initiatives with progress, blocked work, and the next milestone, and the open issues linked to the goal. Status, owner, product, and target date are editable in the sidebar.
Setup wizard
The wizard creates the goal, KPI, initiative, and their links in a single request. If anything fails, nothing is created, and retrying the same request does not create duplicates. It is available to owners and admins from the Strategy page and as POST /api/orgs/:id/strategy/setup.
