Reconcile every agent slot from the Agents page

See the shared allowance, personal-agent owners, and API-key integration consumers in one admin inventory.

agentsadministrationbilling

Workspace owners and admins can now account for the shared agent allowance from the Agents page. The capacity total shows used slots against the plan limit, with an Unlimited label for plans without a cap. Separate counts show normal agents and API-key integrations, including when search filters hide some agent rows.

Identify each consumer

Personal agents stay in their own scope. Administrators can see the human owner's name and whose project access the agent inherits. API-key integrations appear by name with a link to their existing Settings controls. Ordinary members keep their current manageable-agent access without the admin capacity or integration inventory.

Reconcile from current data

Revoking an agent reloads both inventories and the capacity total. If the counts differ, the page asks you to refresh before treating the breakdown as complete. Failed reads show an error instead of a partial inventory. Billing limit checks also reject database errors instead of treating them as a free plan or zero usage. The allowance policy is unchanged: normal agents and API-key integrations both consume agent slots.
