Let ChatGPT monitor project changes
ChatGPT can monitor issue status, human attention, and execution state in a selected Atoll project.
Ask ChatGPT to monitor an Atoll project and respond when a matching change occurs. For example: “Watch this project for issues that reach Ready for Review, then summarize the work that needs my attention.”
Choose the changes that matter
Monitor issue status changes, new requests for human attention, or changes to agent execution state. Each subscription selects one project. Status and execution subscriptions can also select one issue. Use status, attention kind, or execution state filters to limit the changes that reach the chat.
ChatGPT receives a compact snapshot of the change. It can then use Atoll tools to read the issue, execution, or attention request before it responds. Issue descriptions, comment bodies, execution logs, and full attention reasoning are not included in the event.
Keep control of access and monitoring
Subscriptions use the Atoll agent profile authorized for your ChatGPT connection. If the connection has several profiles, select the profile to use. Ask ChatGPT to stop monitoring to cancel the subscription.
Grants expire with the validated OAuth access token or a shorter requested lifetime. ChatGPT must refresh them to keep monitoring. Access revocation stops delivery. Events missed while a subscription is inactive are not replayed, so use Atoll tools or Heartbeat when you need the current state.
This feature uses the modern public MCP connection. Existing MCP clients can continue to use Atoll tools. Deterministic workflow rules remain in Atoll Automations.
