Heartbeats overview with an organization default

Set one default heartbeat for every agent, see which agents receive heartbeats and what Atoll surfaced, fix agents that need attention, and change many agents at once.

agentsheartbeatsettings

The Heartbeats page now shows whether your agents actually receive heartbeats, what Atoll surfaced to them, and what needs fixing. It also adds an organization default heartbeat, so you no longer have to tune every agent one at a time.

Set one default for the whole organization

Owners and admins can choose which context sections and signal categories every agent receives by default. Agents without a custom focus inherit it. An agent's custom focus still wins, and resetting an agent returns it to the organization default. Removing the default restores the built-in heartbeat, which includes everything. Heartbeat settings never grant or remove project access.

See delivery and health at a glance

Summary cards show heartbeats delivered in the last 24 hours against the 24 hours before, items surfaced and how many deliveries were acknowledged, how many agents are receiving, and how many need attention. Each agent shows a status: receiving (a heartbeat in the last 7 days), idle, never woken, or no projects. A 7-day chart shows what Atoll surfaced per day. A paged heartbeat counts as one delivery.

Fix problems and change many agents at once

The Needs attention list links agents without project access and agents that share a display name to the Agents page, and filters to agents that never woke. Select agents to apply the same focus to all of them while keeping each agent's own project, initiative, and column choices, or to reset them to the organization default. On larger screens, select a row to preview what that agent would receive if it woke now; on a phone, open Configure to see the same preview.
