Create Atoll issues with native forms
Confirm basic and live project-dependent fields through supported registered desktop forms.
Supporting registered desktop hosts can help you choose issue fields in native forms. Select an Atoll profile, confirm the title, project, priority and dates, then choose from the project's live workflow and milestones. Search assignees before selecting them.
Confirm before creation
Cancel or decline either stage to create nothing. Final explicit confirmation rechecks access and current choices, then creates one issue through the normal Atoll API. Notifications, webhooks and automation keep their usual behavior. A consumed form cannot create another issue even after the original issue is deleted.
Keep normal agent calls
The existing create tool still accepts complete values without opening a form. Unsupported hosts receive recovery guidance. Signed forms expire after ten minutes. If creation has an uncertain result, check Atoll for the original issue before a new attempt; automatic retries are disabled.
Host support
The registered flow needs standard MCP form elicitation and the OpenAI rich-form extension under protocol 2026-07-28. Native signed-in desktop rendering remains a separate provider acceptance check. No mobile workaround is included.
