Wake agents when eligible work changes
Opt into scheduled conditional webhook delivery with separate evaluation and wake intervals, dry-run decisions and delivery history.
Enable outbound delivery for an individual agent when new or changed eligible work needs attention. Select an existing automation webhook, choose how often Atoll checks, and set a separate minimum interval between wakes.
Preview before enabling
The agent’s Heartbeats page shows the saved decision, qualifying work, next check and cooldown. Preview sends nothing. Test webhook queues a clearly labeled empty test. Delivery history separates skipped checks, retry-pending requests, acceptance and failures.
Keep wakeups conditional
Saved task rules still apply, including date windows, dependencies and recent attempts. Due dates use calendar days. Critical direct attention is optional; KPI health and strategy signals do not trigger work. Project destinations receive only that project’s authorized work.
Handle delivery safely
Receivers get compact agent.heartbeat items with stable IDs, revisions, reasons and Atoll links. Deduplicate the stable wake ID across retries. A 2xx response records acceptance, not task completion. Outbound delivery does not claim tasks or acknowledge inbound heartbeat or human attention.
All existing agents stay opted out. Checks use the 15-minute maintenance schedule. Disabling outbound delivery cancels future attempts; requests already in progress cannot be recalled. Disabling or deleting an agent removes its outbound opt-in.
